Leaksafe’s installation in these 3 blocks of apartments with a very poor Escape of Water history showed immediate financial benefit with the number of claims and value of claims reducing substantially. WaterSwitch systems were installed in each apartment with leak detection tape positioned under baths, showers, WCs and in kitchens and boiler cupboards.
This installation formed part of a pilot scheme to determine the effectiveness of leak detection in this type of largely tenanted blocks, that was proven and adopted by the insurer at the end of the pilot.
