xFlow
xFlow is designed for construction sites, and residential and commercial properties where it is not possible to install leak detection tape into individual risk locations.
xFlow monitors the total water flow into a building or zone. It can identify leaks between the water provider’s meter on the boundary and the meter installed where the water supply enters the property, and will monitor the flow within a building and automatically shut off the incoming mains supply if a leak is identified within the property itself.
An integrated IoT module immediately notifies designated responders if a leak has been detected.
xFlow is BREEAM compliant and meets CIREGs best practice guidelines for leak detection on construction sites.
