Leaksafe can arrange an initial survey, then installation by one of our approved contractors
Survey services
Every property’s plumbing and standard of finish in kitchens and bathrooms is different, so it’s sometimes difficult to know if leak detection can be installed and where? Leaksafe provide a nationwide survey service to give informed recommendations as to the type of system that will mitigate the risk of water damage in the property, and its cost.
Installation services
Leaksafe shut off valves and flow meters should be installed by a qualified plumbing contractor.
Leaksafe can arrange installation of any of our systems by one of our approved installers who have received Leaksafe product training and carry the required level of insurance cover and health & safety accreditation.
Leaksafe are Safe Contractor accredited for their ability to select and assess sub-contractors.
All installation work organised by Leaksafe is project managed to provide an end-to-end service.
Most leak detection systems are installed within one day with little disruption to the household and at the end of the installation the engineer will walk you through what has been installed and how to use the system. The Operations Team at Leaksafe are on hand to provide unlimited remote support if needed. Contact us for further details.
Where we provide systems on a supply only basis, Leaksafe will provide remote support for customers’ own contractors and provide unlimited telephone support during and after the installation.
For construction projects Leaksafe work with the main contractor or M&E contractor to ensure that product is delivered in time, that works are correctly scheduled and that on site teams understand how to install and manage the leak detection equipment during the construction phase. Key members of the Operations Team hold CSCS cards to comply with the Health & Safety requirements of the site.
