WaterHub+ Smart Leak Detection System

WaterHub+ is a smart water monitoring and leak detection system designed to protect apartments and properties from water damage. It works during construction, major refurbishments, or can be retrofitted to existing water supplies—either for individual flats or entire buildings.

Key Features:

• 4-Zone Monitoring: Detects leaks in up to four key risk areas—like boiler cupboards, under sinks, or near dishwashers and washing machines.
• Automatic Shut-Off: If a leak is detected or water runs continuously for too long, the system automatically shuts off the water supply.
• Smart Notifications: Sends alerts via SMS, email, or app notifications to residents or building managers, letting them know exactly where the leak is.
• Vacancy Protection: If no water use is detected for a set time (e.g., 24 hours), the system assumes the property is unoccupied and shuts off the water to prevent damage.
• Reliable Communication: Works without WiFi, using robust and low-cost mobile networks like Sigfox LPWAN for alerts.
