WaterHub Pro Smart Leak Detection System

WaterHub Pro is a smart water monitoring and leak detection system designed to protect property from water damage. It works during construction, refurbishments, or can be retrofitted to existing water supplies—in individual flats, commercial units or any other type of property.

WaterHub Pro can be supplied in different configurations depending on property requirements and is suitable for pipe sizes up to 28mm.

WaterHub Pro configurations:

Type A:            8 zone monitoring with Smart notifications

Type B:             Manual water on/off, automatic water shut off and 6 zone monitoring with optional Smart notifications

Type C:            Manual water on/off, automatic water shut off, continuous water flow monitoring, unoccupied protection and 4 zone monitoring with optional Smart notifications.

Features explained:

• Zone Monitoring: Detects leaks in up to eight key risk areas—boiler cupboards, under sinks, bathrooms, or near dishwashers and washing machines.
• Manual Water On/Off:  Users can turn their water off and on at the press of a button.
• Automatic Shut-Off: If a leak is detected, or water runs continuously for too long, the system can automatically shut off the water supply.
• Smart Notifications: Sends alerts via SMS, email, or app notifications to residents or building managers, letting them know exactly where the leak is.
• Reliable Communication: Alerts are sent using robust and low-cost IOT networks – either Sigfox LPWAN or Vodafone NB-IoT.
• Unoccupied Protection: If no water use is detected for a set time (default 24 hours), the system assumes the property is vacant and shuts off the water to prevent damage.
