Leak Detection and notification system

WaterComm is an Internet of Things 4-port leak detection and leak notification system that can be installed as a centrally located control panel with up to 4 leak detection zones wired away from it, or as individual units installed in risk areas with leak detection tape connected.

Every port that is used is programmed with a location tag so that if a leak is detected the email or SMS notification gives precise date, time, and location information, so that no time is wasted in finding the cause.

Included, is access to Leaksafe’s Client dashboard that provides summary status information on all devices in a property or portfolio of properties, real time status of each individual device and optional weekly and/or monthly management reports.

WaterComm can be used as a notification only system or connected to Leaksafe’s WaterSwitch automatic water shut off system to send a SMS or email alert if that system detects a leak.
